In connection with the entry into force of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”, I present the necessary information about the processing of personal data for the purposes of the agreement:

The data is collected for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process. The legal basis for data processing is:

Article 6.1.a - consent of the person whose data are processed in the scope of data not required by legal regulations,

Article 6.1.b and 6.1.c - in the scope of providing data necessary to conclude a contract and data required by the provisions of the labour law from the candidate.

Personal data will be made available to entities intermediating in the transfer of applications, entities handling e-mail and entities whose software is used by the Data Controller to process the data contained in the CV and to entities authorized under the law.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to present your professional profile.

Consent to data processing can be revoked by sending an e-mail to the address provided during the recruitment process or in a paper form to the address given in point 1. Withdrawal of consent means no participation in the recruitment process and removal of your application.

The information you provide is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Data will not be transferred to a third country and international organisations.

The data will be stored until the job offer is accepted or rejected by the selected candidate, and then for 6 months to defend against possible claims, unless you agree to participate in further recruitment processes in which case the data contained in the application documents will be stored for 1 year from the date of their receipt.
